General booking conditions
Bookings are valid after finalizing the booking and making the first payment, see
more below.
Booking payment – Booking payments through our website can be made with either
credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.
- 25% of the booking price is to be paid when booking, just follow the steps in
the booking process on the webpage, - 75% of the booking price is to be paid 45 days before your stay. You will get a
notification automatically through our website.
You have a 100% refund guarantee if your reservation is cancelled until 45 days
before your stay. Thereafter no refund for cancellations.
Deposit – € 200 payable in either cash money on arrival or through bank transfer before arrival (to be refunded at departure if everything is in order). Beyond these terms, in case of no show or early departure the full amount will be retained.
Children – baby cot, stroller and baby chair available (max up to 2 years).
Parking – private parking (with EV chargers) is available and free of charge.
Animals – not allowed (unless specifically agreed otherwise)
Check in – from 4PM on arrival day
Check out – until 10AM on departure day
Final cleaning, gas, power, bed linen and towels – free of charge
